LEGACY PLANNING
CASE STUDY #1

Jan and Fred are hoping to avoid probate and make things as easy as possible for their children as they age. With a complete estate plan, their children are set to be able to manage things when Jan and Fred are no longer able to, their end of life wishes are made clear, and probate should be avoidable by their family once they pass away.

BLENDED FAMILY
CASE STUDY #2

Coming into the marriage with children from previous relationships, Ben and Sherry each had concerns about their estate once the other had passed. They are able to use their estate plan to aim for a legacy of harmony in their blended family, while still maintaining each individual legacy. Their estate plan protects their marriage and also their future.

GROWING FAMILY
CASE STUDY #3

Chris and Liz have not updated their will since the birth of their children. Their assets have also increased in that time. They want to ensure their will matches with the financial goals and also expresses their wishes for their children's care. They are able to bring their will in line with their goals for the future, and make plans for future updates as they age.

Janelle Cremé, Esq.
Estate Planning Attorney

Born in California, I was raised mostly in the midwest, after moving to Iowa and then Michigan. I am the oldest of four children raised by a principal and a teacher. This lead to an upbringing of constant learning with joy.

Coming from a family of educators, I got my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. That brought my husband and myself to Florida where I taught third grade while he attended graduate school. After a few years I was looking for a different way to make an impact on people's lives and realized that meant pursuing a law degree.

Upon graduation from law school I was admitted to the Florida Bar and began practicing Personal Injury law for a small firm in Orlando. Soon it became clear that we needed to relocate to Texas, so I drew on my education experience while I waited to be admitted to the Texas Bar. I had the opportunity to do legal document review for a large federal civil case, and then began working for a small immigration firm. From there I moved to another firm where I established their immigration practice. I was also able to develop my estate planning experience which led to opening this firm.

Today, I live in McKinney with my husband, Andrew, and my daughter, Gianna. Together, we are active in our church, enjoy spending time with family, and treasure quiet conversations. I look forward to sharing in your story.
